Ground coriander 1kg
Coriander is an aromatic herb with a powerful and incomparable taste. It brings an exotic flavor to the simplest dishes.
Coriander is generally used to flavor dishes based on fish, meat or poultry. Stews and soups are also subtly enhanced with this herb, but nothing stops you from putting it everywhere if you like its refreshing taste!
Try putting it in your vegetable dishes or on your tomatoes, it's a real delight. It also flavors eggplant caviars very well.
A little kitchen tip: you can add it to cooking lentils and starchy foods to aid digestion.

This plant is rich in antioxidants, due to the presence of phenolic acids and flavonoids. It also contains vitamin K (a vitamin which contributes to blood clotting).
It helps detoxify the body by ridding it of several heavy metals such as mercury and lead, which has the effect of protecting the liver. Heavy metals are involved in several cardiac, respiratory, renal and neurological health disorders.
Anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antispasmodic, the health effects of coriander are varied. Its digestive virtues are often cited. It apparently helps to reduce fermentations linked to digestion (by absorbing gases), which at the same time gives it power against migraines. It is even said that it could help to have a preventive effect against the appearance of polyps, diverticula and others in the intestines.
