Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via Swiss Post.
You can pick up your orders directly at our shop, Route de France 14 at 1264 St-Cergue. We draw your attention that our shop is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Please contact us on public holidays to find out if we are open.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
In the event of a complaint, please send us an email to our address contact@tropicarttraction.com and tell us the exact nature of your complaint and attach photos if possible.
In the event of an error in the shipping and return address of the goods, we can re-ship the package for an additional charge for the new postage incurred.
Do not return goods to us without having consulted us beforehand and having received our agreement. A replacement is sometimes less expensive than an exchange.
