During the validation of the order, the customer confirms to have read the general conditions of sale hereafter.
The customer agrees to respect the payment deadlines. The goods will be delivered only upon receipt of said payment on our account.
All our goods are subject to quality controls. In spite of our efforts, it may happen that goods have defects or damage. In the event of a problem, we will replace the defective products at our expense as soon as possible. In case of problems, please contact us before returning the goods. We can not be held responsible for damaged goods during transport by a third party service (Post, DHL, etc ...).
The customer has a legal period of 14 days to return his goods if it does not meet his expectations. For foodstuffs, no return will be accepted except in case of defect of proven quality.
Incase of out of stock, our team will contact the customer to prevent it and agree with him a new delivery. The customer has the possibility to renounce, in this case, his order or part of it, without incurring additional costs.
Orders for countries outside Switzerland do not include a VAT tax. The country in question will send an additional invoice for the import charges of the goods as well as the local VAT. We are not responsible for these ancillary costs and can not intervene at this level.
For those who have subscribed to our affiliate program, we reserve the right to stop the partnership between our company and the affiliate in case of problems. Affiliate agrees to respect the image of the company, as well as the brands it represents, and will in no way harm by giving false information or illegal or aggressive resale practices. Any act that is malicious or deemed as such by our company or our partners will be punished without prior notice and may result in the deletion of the affiliate account and the cancellation of sales / commissions. In case of proven abuse or illegal practices, we reserve the right to submit a criminal complaint to the competent authorities.
