Usage tips

The dosage of this flour is very important. Being very absorbent, ¼ quantity of coconut flour is enough to replace 1 quantity of conventional flour.

Coconut flour is also suitable for replacing almond powder or oat bran in certain gluten-free preparations.

Given its granular consistency, its use should be limited to 15-25% of the total flour used.
